Shipping Policy
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated delivery times:
North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 3-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving of order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized items couldn't be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. Receiving the refund may take some time and depends on your credit card company. If you have paid via PayPal with a credit card, PayPal will refund your card, not PayPal account balance.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at natalkapavlysh (at) gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Special shipping costs that were made on request of the customer and differ from the standard shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of special shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you ​may vary.
